What’s the First Step?
The first step to getting male breast reduction surgery in Las Vegas will be to book a consultation. Our front desk team is standing by to set up your one-on-one visit with Dr. Rohit Jaiswal, where you’ll be able to express your surgical goals and listen to his recommendations.
As a male plastic surgeon, Dr. Jaiswal understands what guys want to look like, and how gynecomastia can prevent our aesthetic goals. After your consultation, if you and Dr. Jaiswal both feel that this is the best procedure for you, surgery will be booked and we’ll provide you with pre and postoperative instructions.
Dr. Jaiswal will have some specific questions on your overall health, medications, and past surgeries. Be straight up with us! We’re all on the same team, with the goal of helping you achieve your best while looking the best. The questions are designed to help prevent risk and make sure we’re all on the same page with your surgery.
Depending on the surgical plan discussed with Dr. Jaiswal, your procedure can vary from another patient’s, however, most procedures are very similar.
At first, anesthesia will be administered and the incisions will be made. Liposuction may be the initial step (depending on your plan) using a small tube called a cannula, which utilizes tiny incisions. Sometimes, a man’s fatty tissue can be very fibrous, making it dense. During these situations, ultrasound-assisted liposuction can help break this tissue up. Afterward, a medical suction is used to remove any fatty cells from your body through standard liposuction tubes.
If required, Dr. Jaiswal may remove any excess glandular breast tissue with surgical excision to help you achieve your best results. In addition, some patients may require the removal of excess skin removal with a scalpel to create a proper shape. Finally, any incisions made will be stitched up.
The cost of male breast reduction in Las Vegas will vary on a number of factors. The best way to get the most accurate cost will be to schedule a consultation. As no two patients are the same, neither are two surgeries. Our gynecomastia surgery is bespoke by nature and will be tailored to each patient with their expectations in mind.
Following your surgery, we fit our patients with a post-operative, elastic vest, which is encouraged to be worn during recovery. Even though there will be some natural bruising and swelling that typically follows most surgeries, this garment helps reduce and control swelling, as well as encourages the skin to conform to the new underlying contours of the targeted location. Dr. Jaiswal will also recommend using cold compresses and ice packs to decrease any excess swelling.
When your healing process is complete, you will recognize your full results of having a more contoured and masculine-looking chest.
Dr. Jaiswal is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. As a male plastic surgeon, Dr. Jaiswal will be able to relate to you, as he understands men’s aesthetics and style. We look forward to helping you be the best version of yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I see my results?
You will see an improvement in the shape of your chest almost immediately, although you will be able to see the final results better after a few months.
How long will the results last?
As long as you maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, the results from this procedure are permanent.
What are the risks/complications?
While male breast reduction surgery is a great procedure to help you regain your confidence, due to its invasive nature it can come with some rare, yet possible risks.
Where are the scars?
Unfortunately, as with any major cosmetic surgery, there will be some scarring, however, the severity of the scars depends on the amount of skin that is needed to be removed. Dr. Jaiswal prides himself in placing the incisions in less detectable locations. For example, if you don’t have any extra skin but just a small amount of glandular tissue under the areola, this can usually be removed through an incision either along the lower border of the areola or through an even smaller incision through the middle of the areola.
For our patients with a significant amount of excess skin, it can only be removed with longer incisions, so Dr. Jaiswal places the scar along the inframammary fold. These scars typically heal very well.
Although it is incredibly rare, some patients have a severe amount of extra skin, requiring the nipple to be removed completely and then placed back into the correct position using a skin graft, resulting in a temporary pale nipple discoloration. This procedure is only necessary for extreme circumstances.
